【Product Description】
The belt loops' width and position, the rivets' placement, etc., are based on the wartime model and arranged. Original tack buttons are used.

【Material】
The fabric is 13.5oz selvage denim, analyzed from the wartime model. The yarn is made by unraveling the threads from vintage clothing, using weak twist nep yarn with cotton leaf flecks. The uneven shape reproduces the natural mechanical unevenness caused by the cotton blend and machine settings, and the weft yarn's rotation speed and shape are changed from the warp yarn based on the analysis. The cotton itself is now produced with high whiteness due to breeding, but the creamy color close to the brown cotton of the time is reproduced by blending American cotton (E.M.O.T "Eastern, Memphis, New Orleans, Texas"). It reproduces a darker indigo color than regular indigo without any additives such as sulfide.
