This is a vintage West German Dixon Equal Arm Scale with a green painted, wooden base cabinet and 15 weights. The green wooden cabinet measures 11-3/4" by 5-3/8" by 3 inches. Inside are 8 brass weights and 6 aluminum/foil sheet weights. The scale is in very nice, vintage condition. It was produced during the 1960s or 1970s. The hardware is bright and shiny. The painted cabinet has maintained its finish well. The scale makes for a nice shelf piece or could be a good, functional, portable scale. Being sold AS IS because the balance indicator needle no longer screws in; however, it can be easily fixed by soldering it permanently in place. I provided pictures to show you the balance indicator needle's condition, but please review all my pictures carefully because they are part of the description. The scale comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. There are no refunds and no returns. All sales are final.
